Dr. Adrianna Lombardi founded The Skin Cancer & Cosmetic Surgery Center of New Jersey in 2018. Her practice was created with a vision of delivering the best in skin cancer treatments, laser techniques, and cosmetic procedures all under one roof. With over seven years of experience dealing with early detection of skin cancer, treatment, and over 5,000 surgeries, Dr. Lombardi confidently provides the highest quality patient care. She is committed to combining the most advanced, cutting-edge technology with a personalized approach. Working in conjunction with her on-staff medical aesthetician, Dr. Lombardi creates custom skin care routines for her patients.
Dr. Lombardi believes in treating the whole patient, inside and out. In addition to conducting medical procedures, Dr. Lombardi also counsels her patients on nutrition and their overall health and is completing a program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American College of Mohs Surgery, and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Lombardi frequently participates in continued education courses throughout the year. She is also a fellowship instructor at Affiliated Dermatology, where she teaches others surgical techniques.
Dr. Stefanie Cubelli, DO, is a fully licensed physician who is trained to practice all areas of medicine. Osteopathic medicine is a “whole person” approach to medicine—treating the entire person rather than just the symptoms. She joined Skin Cancer and Cosmetic Surgery Center in 2022.
Dr. Cubelli earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship and dermatology residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Queens, New York. Her residency provided her the opportunity to treat diverse patient populations in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Cubelli’s special interests include acne, hair loss, skin cancer screenings, and cosmetic treatments. These practice areas have allowed her to treat patients of all ages.
Among other professional organizations, she is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, and Women in Dermatology Society. Before becoming a dermatologist, Dr. Cubelli grew up in Morris County, New Jersey and received her undergraduate degree from Villanova University. When she is not working, Dr. Cubelli can be found with her husband cooking or spending time outdoors.
Christina Lombardi is a licensed Medical Aesthetician who studied skincare at Lia Schorr Institute of New York and obtained her license as a skin-care specialist. She is also a graduate of The Ayurvedas School of Holistic Medicine and a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Outside of Skin Cancer & Cosmetic Surgery Center, she is a Pilates instructor who holds a certificate in nutrition and believes in holistic medicine aimed at balancing the mind and body.
Christina has extensive, in-depth knowledge of skincare with 9+ years of experience. She specializes in facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, CoolSculpting and CoolTone tailored to fit the individual patients’ needs. She worked with internationally renowned dermatologist and author Dr. Leslie Baumann in Miami along with several other plastic surgeons and dermatologists in New York City. Christina is a valued part of SCCSNJ who has been with us since we opened in 2019!
JoAnn Lane, APN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Skin Cancer & Cosmetic Surgery Center in 2022.
She has been a medical practitioner for 20 years, spending the past ten years in clinical dermatology. JoAnn graduated from Bloomfield University in 2001, where she majored in Nursing Science with a minor in Psychology. She went on to work in various nursing fields, including internal medicine and women’s health, gaining valuable experience along the way. She has frequently mentored student nurse practitioners and physician assistants as well as new graduates.
After obtaining her Master’s Degree in Nursing Science from Monmouth University in 2009 she spent a few years working in Women’s Health before deciding to focus her practice in dermatology.
JoAnn strongly believes continuous education is important for medical practitioners and keeps herself current on all new dermatology treatments and medications by attending conferences and studying all supporting medical literature to best guide her practice. JoAnn incorporates her state-of-the-art knowledge of dermatology with a patient’s values and preferences to make the best clinical decisions for her patients. She is an active member of the Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, and the New Jersey State Nurses Association.
In addition to her love of medicine and dermatology, JoAnn enjoys reading, travel, exercise, and spending time with her family. She has spent the last few years becoming an expert on football and lacrosse to keep up with her pre-teen sons! JoAnn is known to go above and beyond for her patients, always putting their needs first, and striving to ensure the best possible care for everyone.
